9 Double Storey Town Houses, 137 Walcott Street North Perth & 20 Monmouth Stret Mount Lawley

Between two parallel streets the office was commissioned to proposed 9 town houses to fit on 9 new lots, originally subdivision of 2 big adjacent opposite lots.  In respond to the brief I have developed concept and sketch design which were accepted by the owner of the sites. I have submitted progressively DA and BL drawings which were approved. For this project it was not required to go through the tendering process as the client had builder agreeable already. Nevertheless, I have completed for this project the whole set of for construction package, schedules and specifications, and I have managed the project on and off site. Including site meetings, consultants and tradesman coordination, reply to RFI, revision and amendments as required, work progress assessment and progress claims assessment while informing and representing the client at all times.
